Three engines, one measurement system. Leads for local businesses, paid advertising for ecommerce brands, tickets for sports teams and events. Then we follow every click to the thing that actually pays you.

What we run

We run three engines.

The economics are different in each one, so the work is different. What stays the same is that we track it to the outcome you get paid for, never to the click.

Engine one

Lead generation for local business

Roofing, paving, masonry, painting, junk removal, cleaning, lighting, blinds, wheels and tires, dental, medical, real estate, lending, modular housing.

For any business that makes money when the phone rings. We put you in front of people already looking to buy, then answer them before your competitor does.

  • Meta aimed at buying intent, not awareness
  • Pages built to be answered, not admired
  • AI agents, so a lead at 9pm is answered at 9pm
  • Booked into your calendar, then followed to attended and paid
We report on
Cost per booked job Not cost per click. Not cost per lead.
Engine two

Paid advertising for ecommerce

Skincare, supplements, grey market, apparel, outdoor and dive gear, home and hardware, signage, specialty food.

For brands selling product online. We build the media around your actual margin, not a vanity return number, and we keep the customers the ads paid to acquire.

  • Meta built around the margin you keep, not a blended return number
  • Shopify, feeds and catalog health wired properly
  • Klaviyo flows that earn back the acquisition cost
We report on
Return on delivered revenue Money you kept, not orders you booked.
Engine three

Sports teams and events

Baseball, hockey, basketball and other clubs across a full season. Festivals, concerts, fundraisers and one off dates. Venues and experiences with a standing schedule.

Two different problems, and we run them differently. A season is won on the soft midweek dates, not the ones that sell themselves, so spend follows the fixture list and the season ticket base gets worked separately from new buyers. A single date has no second chance, so it is paced backwards from the day and pushed hardest when intent peaks.

  • Season: spend weighted to the dates that actually need help
  • Single date: paced backwards from the day, front loaded when it counts
  • Ticketing tracking wired so sales are attributable either way
We report on
Cost per ticket sold Reconciled to the ticketing platform, not to platform-reported conversions.
The problem

Most ad reporting is a story about clicks.

You get a screenshot. Impressions, clicks, a cost per lead that looks fine. What it does not show is how many of those people picked up the phone, how many turned into work, and how much of the revenue was coming to you anyway. So the honest answer to "did the ads work" is usually "probably", and probably is not something you can budget against.

The part nobody else shows you.

Every form fill, call and purchase is stitched to the click that caused it, then followed forward until it becomes money or it does not.

  • We capture the people who quit halfway. Every answer saves as it is typed, so someone who enters their number then abandons is still callable. On a standard form they are gone.
  • We send conversions from our server, not just the browser. Ad blockers hide a large share of browser-tracked conversions. Server side gives the platform the fuller picture its targeting runs on.
  • We follow the lead into your pipeline. Contacted, quoted, booked, attended, closed. That is how cost per lead becomes cost per booked job.
  • We throw out traffic that is not a customer. Crawlers, your team previewing, our own testing. If we are not confident a result is real, the report says so.
What we use

Installed end to end, by us.

Not a channel. The whole machine, plus the tracking that proves which part of it did the work.

Paid media

  • Catalog and dynamic product ads
  • Custom, lookalike and retargeting audiences
  • Creative tested on a schedule, winners scaled
  • Grey market and restricted categories, built to pass review
Ecommerce

Shopify

  • Store builds, theme and template work
  • Product feeds and catalog health
  • Cart, checkout and purchase tracking
  • Offer, bundle and average order value
Email and SMS

Klaviyo

  • Welcome, abandoned checkout, browse abandonment
  • Post-purchase, winback and replenishment
  • Campaigns, segmentation and list health
  • SMS with consent captured properly
CRM and pipeline

GoHighLevel

  • Builds, migrations and cleanup
  • Pipelines, stages and opportunity tracking
  • Calendars, booking and e-signature
  • Win back old customers, text back missed calls
AI and automation

The part that never sleeps

  • AI phone and text agents that answer and qualify
  • Answered in seconds, day or night
  • Routing, qualification and auto booking
  • Follow-up that does not give up, plus review requests
Tracking

Measurement

  • Meta Pixel and Conversions API, server side
  • Our own forms, saving answers as they are typed
  • Pipeline outcomes through to booked and paid
  • Ticketing platform reconciliation
Reporting

What you actually see

  • One place for leads, calls and revenue
  • A written read every month
  • What changed, what it cost, what is next
  • A straight answer when a number is bad
Web and creative

What the click lands on

  • Landing pages, funnels and full sites
  • Domains, subdomains and DNS
  • Static and motion ad creative
  • Copy, offers and conversion rate work

This works best when.

A good fit

  • You already have customers and want more of them, predictably
  • Someone can answer a lead the same day, or you want us to handle that too
  • You can service the extra volume you are asking for
  • You want to know what things cost, including when the answer is unflattering

Not a fit

  • You are shopping for the cheapest possible monthly fee
  • You want to boost posts and see what happens
  • You need results this week from a standing start
  • Nobody on your side can approve anything
Getting started

Three steps, and you can stop after the first.

Step one

A call, 30 minutes

You tell us what you sell and what a customer is worth. We tell you whether we can help and roughly what it costs. If the answer is no, we say no on the call.

Step two

We audit what you have

Ad account, tracking, store, CRM, email and follow-up. You get the findings in writing whether or not you hire us.

Step three

We build and launch

Everything goes live together. Nothing runs until the measurement behind it is verified.

Questions we get asked.

I have tried ads before and they did not work.

That is usually one of three things: the offer, the creative, or the follow-up. We check all three before we spend anything.

If the problem is the offer, ads will not fix it. We will tell you that first.

Do I need someone to answer the phone?

No. AI phone and text agents answer, qualify and book straight into your calendar. If you would rather a person answered, we work with that instead.

Do you only work with local businesses?

No. Roughly a third of what we run is ecommerce, and we also run ticket sales for sports clubs across a season and for single date events. The three need different tracking and different reporting, which is why we separate them.

Do I have to move to your tools?

No. We work in Meta, Shopify, Klaviyo and GoHighLevel, and we are happy to work inside whatever you already run.

The one thing we insist on is that the tracking is ours to verify. Without that nobody can tell you what worked.

Who owns the ad account and the data?

You do. Accounts are built in your name. If we stop working together, everything stays with you and we hand over access.

Do you work outside Vancouver Island?

Yes. We run local campaigns across Canada and the United States. Ecommerce is not location dependent at all.

How fast will I see leads?

Often inside the first day of launch.

It varies with your market, your offer and how quickly leads get answered, so we will not quote you a number we do not control. On the call we will tell you what a realistic window looks like for your industry.

What does it cost?

It depends on your industry, because the economics are not the same. A booked roofing job and a forty dollar skincare order need very different budgets to make sense.

We price against what a customer is worth to you. Bring that number and you will get a straight range on the call, or by email if that is easier.

Tell us what a customer is worth to you.

That one number decides everything: what we can spend to get one, which channel makes sense, and whether this is worth doing at all. Bring it to the call and you will get a straight answer in 30 minutes.
